Liquibase Preconditions runningAs

Some ChangeSet require certain permissions to run, which only privileged users have. Liquibase provides Precondtion as runningAs which matches the current user running the ChangeSet.

Precondition with a custom message

dbms fails the ChangeSet if Precondition is not matched, so onFailMessage can be used to provide a custom message.
