Liquibase provides output Change Type to log messages on STDOUT, FATAL, WARN, INFO, DEBUG, or default STDERR and continue execution. Sometimes while debugging, the requirement is to log a message and stop execution. Liquibase provides a stop Change Type to stop execution with a message.
