Liquibase Change Types renameColumn

The renameColumn Change Type provided by Liquibase is used in changelog to rename an existing column in the table.

Create table

Rename Single Column

To rename a single column Liquibase provides simple changeset.

Rename Multiple Column

In order to rename multiple columns at once, One solution is to have multiple changesets with each rename a column, but it will increase redundancy. Liquibase allows multiple nested renameColumn tags for each column.
