Spring Boot GraphQL Global Context

A Global Context is a key-value pair that is available throughout the application. Spring Boot GraphQL Global Context is a mutable map that is available to every DataFetcher. The GraphQLContext is executed per request.

The GraphQLContext can be accessed by adding @ContextValue to the DataFetcher method parameter.

GraphiQL

GraphQL provides an inbuild UserInterface GraphiQL, which can be accessed via http://localhost:8080/graphiql or access GraphQL via Postmanin the query section add the below query

query FindApple {
    findApple(appleId: 1) {
        appleId
        appleName
        appleTaste
    }
}
