GraphQL Custom Scaler DateTime
accepts string date like 6:39:57-08:00
and produces java.time.OffsetTime
objects at runtime, along with that DateTime Scaler
also supports java.time.temporal.TemporalAccessors
and formatted Strings as valid objects.
