SendGrid Email Bounce

An email bounces when the receiving mail server rejects the mail. The most common cause of email bounce is an invalid email address.

When an email is sent to an invalid address multiple times, then it's known as a repeat bounce.

SendGrid keeps the invalid email address stored after repeat bounce, so when next time an email is requested to send to the same invalid address, SendGrid will reject the request because it already knows that address is invalid.
