Liquibase Preconditions changeSetExecuted

Liquibase stores each database change into individual ChangeSet. sometimes ChangeSet are dependent upon the successful execution of previously executed ChangeSet.
For example, insert into the table ChangeSet should execute if creating table ChangeSet executed successfully.

Liquibase provides changeSetExecuted as Preconditions, which checks if the required ChangeSet is executed, then only it will execute the current ChangeSet.

Precondition with a custom message

changeSetExecuted will fail the changelog execution if the precondition doesn't pass, so onFailMessage can be used to provide a custom message.
